Stipendium Hungaricum Sports Scholarship Programme

The purpose of the Stipendium Hungaricum Sports Scholarship programme is to support students of foreign citizenship with internationally recognized sporting achievements to continue their studies in Hungarian higher education institutions. Foreign athletes with outstanding results raise the prestige of competitive and university sports in Hungary and serve as role models for the younger generation. In addition, the Scholarship Program supports the preparation of athletes for civilian life, and strengthens the realization of university sports as a priority sector goal of higher education.
